Would like to know if there are any free hotel inn management software that can be downloaded for free?

I was wondering if there exists some nice software for portfolio management. I know how to make a portfolio with Ms Excel, that's fine. But maybe there is some nice specialised package which can facilitate the work significantly. Can somebody help me with that?
